Do you have an age restriction for entry?

21 and up only

What is the cover typically?

No cover on Wednesdays, Thursday-$5 after 9 pm, Fridays and Saturdays $10

What time do you usually get busy? Will there be a line?

Yes, sometimes long lines.

What time does the show start? Do I have to be there by the time show starts? Do I have to reserve a table to come to Howl?

Wed- 8pm, Thurs & Fri- 6pm, Saturday- 8pm. No- as we are first come first serve. There may be a wait if we reach capacity. We do allow a portion of our tables to be purchased. The rest are first come first serve.

How soon should I book my table/jump the line package?

At least 2 weeks is advance. The sooner the better. They sell out quickly

Can we purchase table/jump the line packages the night of?

The night of no. The day of yes, if available. Must be done 2 hours before we open.

There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?

Absolutely.

How many people can fit at a table?

First floor table fit 4, second floor we have group seating up to 10

If we won a happy hour, can we reserve a table?

Yes, please contact our events manager at erin.bellard@howlatthemoon.com

Does everyone have to arrive by 8pm?

No, we would like the majority to be seated. If running late, please give us a call.

Is there a maximum or minimum number of jump the line Packages you have to purchase?

Minimum is 1, max is bases upon availability.

What if we’re running late?

Please just us a call to notify us that you are running late so we can ensure you are still coming and run the line accordingly.

What if I need to cancel my purchase?

Contact our sales and events manager. Must cancel 48 hrs in advance. If a unforeseen problem arises the day of. Please call and speak to a manager

Where do we park?

Closest Garage to us is on West 52nd between 8th and 9th streets. Which is a block away.

What if I’m stuck in line after 8pm, will I lose my table?

If you have a table reservation, you need not wait in line.

Are table reservations available Sunday – Thursday?

As of right now no. If want to book a Thursday, arrangements can be made with the Sales and Event manager.

Do you have a dress code?

Men must have sleeves and nothing with profanity. Management does reserve the right to deny a guest for anything inappropriate

Is there gratuity added to table reservations and jump the line packages?

No.

We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?

Free admission passes can only be used at the front for entry. Cannot be used to purchase food, alcohol or merchandise.

Can we pay for a table/jump the line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?

No.

Do you offer military discounts?

We offer free admission to any active Military and their significant other. This also applies for police, fire and EMS personal.
