Of course, you’re aware that September is National Piano Month, because you’re a fan of music and you’re a fan of Howl at the Moon and things like that are important, right? Right. In honor of this great month, the month of the piano, we figured you should check out some of our most epic piano tunes of all time! Er..or rather in the time span that we’ve been uploading videos to Youtube.
Playing covers is not an easy job, don’t let our full-time musicians fool you. You have to not only learn how to play the song well, you also have to do the song justice. That is exactly what the very talented, very enthusiastic, and very fun musicians at Howl at the Moon try to do. Since telling you that coming to Howl is an interactive experience that you won’t get anywhere else is impossible, we figured we’d just show you. Seriously, these people have some skills. Have you ever tried to sing and play piano at the same time? I can’t even coordinate my left and right hand, let alone throw singing into the mix. Take a look at just a few of the piano covers below and judge for yourself!
Montell Jordan – This Is How We Do It Cover
Mumford and Sons – Little Lion Man Cover
Meghan Trainor – All About That Bass Cover
Iggy Azelea – Fancy Cover
The Charlie Daniels Band – Devil Went Down to Georgia Cover
Garth Brooks – Friends in Low Places Cover
Fresh Prince/Killing Me Softly Cover
Sometimes they just like to mix things up a bit into a medley to keep the crowd on its toes.
Phillip Phillips’ – Gone Gone Gone Cover
And sometimes Howl at the Moon musicians don’t even need the club to put on a great show. Jealous you missed it? Me too.
If these piano covers didn’t turn you into a believer or make you want to learn how to play the piano, then you have to come to a night out and dance, sing, and howl with us! We’ll even make it easy on you, click below and you could win a party to become the most popular person in your group of friends.
