Howl at the Moon Kansas City has a $5-$10 cover. There is a cover charge to get into the Power & Light District on Fridays and Saturdays after 11pm that cost $10 but you can always bypass that if you are coming down late by signing up for one of reverse happy hour parties or getting one of our jump the line packages to get on our VIP list to bypass the gate charge.
We usually start to get busy after the show starts but rarely hold lines to get in. If you are worried about getting caught in line, you can always purchase one of our jump the line packages that also gets you on our VIP list and past the district gate charge.
You do not have to be here by the time the show starts but if you want seating it is recommended that you get here before the show starts. We do not reserve tables but if you do want guaranteed seating you can purchase a table or multiple tables through our table buyout program through our Sales & Event Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 816-471-4695. We hold tables until 9:30pm.
We suggest you purchase as soon as possible to guarantee availability. You are able to reserve a table/jump the line package 60 days in advance and up to 24 hours prior to your date Contact our Sales & Event Manager at email@example.com or call 816-471-4695.
If we are not sold out you can purchase them before the doors open for that night but once we open the doors we do not sell anymore packages for that night.
We will do our best to accommodate any requests but does depend on that night’s availability.
4, we can sell one extra chair per table to fit a group of 5 or 10.
Yes, we give a discounted price for all happy hour winners.

Cancellations/Reductions to Friday and Saturday night packages must be made no later than Tuesdays at 3pm prior to your event in order to be refundable.
There are parking garages located around the Power & Light District as well as underneath the District off of 13th street between Grand and Walnut.
If you have a package go to the front of the line and let them know you are on the guest list and have reserved tables.
Normally we do not take weekday reservations but if you want to make sure you have guaranteed seating we will work with you on that.

The following is not permitted under the KC Live! dress code: sleeveless shirts on men; profanity on clothing; sweat pants or full sweat suits; bandanas; exposed undergarments on men; excessively long shirts (when standing upright with your arms at your side, the bottom of your shirt cannot extend below the tip of your fingers). Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who does not comply with the code of conduct. Please note that the dress codes of individual venues may vary. For the drinks purchased with the reservation a gratuity is included. You will be on your own for gratuity for drinks purchased after.
Sorry free admission passes can not be applied to your payment.
We do not except Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social for the table/jump the line packages but they can be used towards your personal drink tab. If you would like to pay cash it needs to be in one lump sum for the total. We will not collect cash individually from all guests in your party but if you the party host would like to turn in the total amount due in cash we will accept that.
We offered free cover to everyone in the military, as well as policeman and fireman but now we are no cover every night of the week we do not currently have any military discounts in place.
You are more than welcome to bring in decorations but we ask that you do not bring in balloons due to the fact that they can interfere with other guests view of the stage and show. If you bring a cake, please bring plates, forks and a plastic cake server to cut the cake.
Your card will be charged 1 hour before our doors open, the night of your party.
No we do not, The only bottle you can purchase is a bottle of champagne. If you reserve a table the first round of drinks for the 4 people at the table is included in the price of the table.
The cost of the table will be the same. The round of drinks is our way of saying thank you for your purchase of the table.
