FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you have an age restriction for entry?

Must be over 21.

What is the cover typically?

If we charge cover it won’t be more than 5 dollars.

What time do you usually get busy? Will there be a line?

Fridays we fill up quickly. Saturday’s we start to fill up after 9 PM. Our lines usually move quickly.

What time does the show start? Do I have to be there by the time show starts? Do I have to reserve a table to come to Howl?

Wednesday/Thursday show starts at 8 PM, Friday at 6 PM, and Saturday at 8 pm. Game days it varies. No, you can come anytime. You don’t have to reserve a table, but seating is first come first serve otherwise.

How soon should I book my Table/Jump the Line package?

We recommend two weeks in advance.

Can we purchase Table/Jump the Line packages the night of?

If we have them left and you call BEFORE we open we can usually accommodate.

There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?

Yes, we always try to put parties close together.

How many people can fit at a table?

4 people/

If we won a Happy Hour, can we reserve a table?

Yes, you can reserve tables during happy our at a discounted price. Just express interest in your email reply or give us a call.

Does everyone have to arrive by 8 P,?

Fridays by 8 PM, Saturday by 9 PM as long as the majority of party arrives by then.

Is there a maximum or minimum number of Jump the Line Packages you have to purchase?

No.

What if we’re running late?

Give a call and let us know.

What if I need to cancel my purchase?

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

Where do we park?

There are several parking garages by BPV. There is also a lot surrounding BPV.

What if I’m stuck in line after 8 PM, will I lose my table?

You shouldn’t be waiting in line if you you purchased a table. Go straight to the front upon arrival and let the Door Staff know you have a table reservation.

Are table reservations available Sunday – Thursday?

Yes. Wednesday they aren’t usually needed as we aren’t as busy. But Thursdays we recommend reserving a table if you can’t be there early.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes. No offensive tattoos, no overly baggy clothing, no tank tops on men, no wallet chains. We also recommend checking the BPV website for their dress code. www.stlballparkvillage.com

Is there gratuity added to Table Reservations and Jump the Line packages?

Yes.

We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?

No.

Can we pay for a Table/Jump the Line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?

Cash. Yes upon arrival, let us know in advance that you wish to do so.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, we offer free cover to active military. Present your ID to our door staff.
