FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you have an age restriction for entry?

Must be 21 or older.

What is the cover typically?

We do not charge a cover, however Power Plant Live (the plaza Howl Baltimore is in) charges a cover to get in. Fridays: $5 after 11 PM and Saturdays: $10 after 10 PM.

What time do you usually get busy? Will there be a line?

Typically we start to fill up around 10 PM on Fridays with a very little line, if any. Saturdays we fill up early and lines can start as early as 8 PM.

What time does the show start? Do I have to be there by the time the show starts? Do I have to reserve a table to come to Howl?

8:30 PM Thursday, 6:30 PM Friday, and 6:30 PM Saturday. Show runs all night. No reservations are necessary, but recommended for the weekends.

How soon should I book my Table/Jump the Line package?

We recommend at least two weeks in advance especially during the busy bachelorette season.

Can we purchase Table/Jump the Line packages the night of?

You can purchase a Table/Jump the Line package the night of prior to opening. Based upon availability.

There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it will depend on availability.

How many people can fit at a table?

If we won a Happy Hour, can we reserve a table?

Does everyone have to arrive for their Table Reservation by 9 PM?

Yes.

Is there a maximum or minimum number of Jump the Line packages you have to purchase?

No.

What if we’re running late for our Table Reservation?

If you are running late, we ask that you please call the club to speak to the MANAGER. We do have a grace period to 9:15 PM and no later.

What if I need to cancel my purchase?

In the event you need to cancel the purchase, we require a 48 hour notice. This will allow us time to re-book your package. If this is an emergency beyond your control, we will still charge the card, but will allow you to re-book the party within a year of the original contract, based upon availability.

Where do we park?

We have several parking garages in the area, however we offer a limited number of $5 validations each night at the Pier 5 parking garage located on Pratt street on Thursday-Saturday between the hours of 5 PM-5 AM. You will need to see the cashier for the validation ticket.

What if I’m stuck in line after 8 PM, will I lose my table?

No, if you purchase a table you will have skip the line privileges. If we are in the process of assisting other guests, you will be the next group.

Are table reservations available Thursday – Saturday?

Yes.

Do you have a dress code?

All we ask is no cut off sleeve shirts on men and no offensive remarks on shirts.

Is there gratuity added to Table Reservations and Jump the Line packages?

Yes.

We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?

Not for a contract for tables, Jump the Line or special events.

Can we pay for a Table/Jump the Line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?

We accept cash and credit cards only for Tables/Jump.

Do you offer military discounts?

Military, Police and Fireman receive free cover before 10 PM.
