Excuse us for bragging, but we have the best employees at Howl at the Moon. And we just can’t help ourselves! We want to show off how great they are because we are so appreciative for all they do. This week’s employee spotlight is on Jen, our wonderful Sales and Events Manager from our Baltimore dueling piano bar. We’ll let Jen take the stage and accept this glowing review she received from a satisfied howler.
Good evening Paul,
I just wanted to tell you what exceptional service I have gotten from Jen about a party I’m planning at Howl At The Moon in April. Jen has been very prompt with her responses to my emails and questions. She has sent me many different options based on the money I have to spend for my event, given her professional opinion on what she would do if she were in my shoes. That means a lot to me as person as well as a paying customer. That is pure professionalism and I’m grateful and respectful for that. I can tell just how Jen handles herself that she takes great pride in her job. Jen gets a 10 in my book. She should be rewarded for her promptness and professionalism. I want to thank you yourself because I’m sure she has gotten her professionalism from you.
