FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you have an age restriction for entry?

We are 21 and over every hour, every day, no exceptions. All guests must have valid ID for entry.

What is the cover typically?

We do not have a cover charge.

What time do you usually get busy? Will there be a line?

Our line usually starts forming at 9 PM on Friday and Saturdays.

What time does the show start? Do I have to be there by the time show starts? Do I have to reserve a table to come to Howl?

Our show starts at 8 PM Wednesday and Thursdays, 6 PM on Fridays, and 8 PM on Saturdays. No reservations are necessary, but recommended for the weekends, making a reservation at Howl Houston is easy.

How soon should I book my Table/Jump the Line package?

We suggest you purchase as soon as possible to guarantee availability. You are able to reserve a table/jump the line package 30 days in advance and up to 24 hours prior to your date.

Can we purchase Table/Jump the Line packages the night of?

We cannot do walk-up sales, all sales must be purchased 2 hours prior to the doors opening.

There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but will depend on availability, but we ask for you not to push tables together or move chairs.

How many people can fit at a table?

4 people to a table.

If we won a happy hour, can we reserve a table?

Yes. Please contact our Sales and Events Manager, Keely Snellenberger to make a table reservation at houstonevents@howlatthemoon.com.

Does everyone have to arrive by 8 PM?

We require that 50% of your reservation is here no later than 8 PM (50% of 1 table = 2 people, 2 tables = 4 people, etc).

Is there a maximum or minimum number of Jump the Line packages you have to purchase?

No there is not.

What if we’re running late?

Please contact us as soon as possible at 713-658-9700 and ask for the Manager. We will try to hold your tables however there is no guarantee we will be able to. Please try to arrive prior to 8 PM.

What if I need to cancel my purchase?

In the event you need to cancel the purchase, We require a 48 hour notice. This will allow us time to re-book your package. If this is an emergency beyond your control we will still charge the card, but allow you to re-book the party within a year of the original contract based upon availability.

Where do we park?

There is a Valet Service on Hadley St. in front of Howl at the Moon which cost $7-$10, if you do not wish to use Valet there is street parking.

What if I’m stuck in line after 8 PM, will I lose my table?

No, if you purchase a table you will have skip the line privileges. If we are in the process of assisting other guests, you will be the next group.

Are table reservations available Sunday – Thursday? Wednesdays-Saturdays.

We offer discounted tables Wed-Fri.

Do you have a dress code?

No sleeveless shirts or tank-tops for men, and no baggy clothing.

Is there gratuity added to table reservations and jump the line packages?

Gratuity is not added to any package. Please tip your service staff.

We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?

Free admission passes are good for standing room only and cannot be used as payment for our table/jump the line packages.

Can we pay for a Table/Jump the Line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?

We accept Cash, Credit cards and Gift cards only for tables/jump.

Do you offer military discounts?

We proudly offer free admission to active Military Personnel, Police and Fire with valid ID, however we do not offer any discounts on packages.

Can we bring in decorations for our party (cake, balloons, etc)?

You are more than welcome to bring in decorations but we ask that you do not bring in balloons. If you bring a cake, please bring plates, forks and a plastic cake server to cut the cake.

When will my credit card be charged for a table?

Your card will be charged immediately when making the reservation.

Does Howl offer bottle service?

No we do not. The only bottle you can purchase is a bottle of champagne. If you reserve a table, the first round of drinks for the 4 people at the table is included in the price of the table.

Can we reserve a table without paying for the cover charge and round of drinks?

The cost of the table will be the same, you would have to pay the cover charge on entering Howl at the Moon. The round of drinks is our way of saying thank you for your purchase of the table.
