Interactive Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
Howl at the Moon USA is looking for an Interactive Marketing Coordinator to work in its corporate office in River North. The IMC’s key responsibility is to assist in the management of Howl at the Moon’s online marketing initiatives. The IMC will be responsible for content creation and coordinating multiple digital projects at any given time including serving as Website admin. The Interactive Marketing Coordinator will be aware of budgets and SEO needs and work with Marketing Director to enhance HATM’s online presence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage Google AdWord/display network campaigns and optimize using set budgets
• Execute SEO strategy with Marketing Director
• Create content on website, YouTube, social media pages, and blog to increase quality score of
• Monitory, track, and report on analytics metrics
• Research and analyze competitor link structure
• Optimize internal link building and metadata
• Create landing pages for promotions and form submissions
• Help produce daily content for Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ at scheduled times
• Produce weekly social media report (send to Marketing Director, GMs, VPs)
• Research social media trends and new technologies
• Manage blog calendar
• Coordinate and publish guest blogger posts with MD
• Compose creative blog posts using SEO keywords
• Create, test, and deliver e-blast campaigns
• Produce e-mail marketing campaign reports as requested by MD

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required
• Minimum 1-2 years working on multiple Google AdWord/Display Network campaigns (experience working with bid management technology is preferred)
• Google Adwords certified
• Superior knowledge of HTML, CSS, Web Services and Content Management Systems
• Background in WordPress or JOOMLA CMS is a huge plus
• 1-2 years of creative writing experience in a social media setting
• 1-2 years of e-mail marketing campaign management
• Excellent knowledge of Web analytics tools
• Ability to learn new marketing programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
