It’s that time of year when the leaves start changing color and the pumpkin spice everything starts showing up in stores. It’s not only holiday season, fall is like a whole holiday by itself. People literally wait to see the first leaves change. It doesn’t matter whether you love or hate fall, there’s something calming about taking a walk in the late afternoon autumn sun, especially when it’s accompanied with some good music. Whether you’re traveling to work or school, you’ll need a new playlist to transition from the busy days of summer to the slower days of fall. Since we put together playlists all the time for the shows at Howl at the Moon, we thought we’d try our hand at fall transitional playlist. If you’ve been searching for the perfect fall playlist, give it a try!
The playlist starts off more upbeat with some late summer hits, because we don’t really want to let go of the summer just yet. It then starts to transition into more mellow songs mixed in with some classics. What is about fall that just seems perfect for more mellow tunes? Either way, there are definitely some of our favorites mixed in here. Take a listen below and let us know on Facebook what you would add or change.
If you’re more of a live music person, make sure to stop in to your local Howl at the Moon and check out our talented musicians performing the latest fall hits along with some of their favorites. You can bet they’re excited to put together their fall playlists too.
