-The benefits associated with this card is for FREE ADMISSION and 50% OFF FOOD AND DRINKS with a max tab of $250
-INDUSTRY CARD does not grant skip the line privileges
-INDUSTRY CARD is not valid during special events or on already discounted drink specials
-Minimum 20% GRATUITY is recommended on the full price of original bill before discounts are applied
-Registration form must be completed and authorized by management before card becomes valid
-This card is non-transferable and remains property of Howl at the Moon and may be revoked at any time
-INDUSTRY CARD benefits may be discontinued at any time without notice
-There is a $5 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards
-Cardholder must be 21+
-Valid ID always required
