So your bestie is engaged? Yay happy tears for days. Not only is she engaged, she also put you in head of the bride tribe as maid of honor- more happy tears. After accepting this ultimate honor it’s time to get to the most stressful part: planning the bachelorette party. The thought of having to plan the best night out may induce some panic but take a deep breathe, you are going to plan an unforgettable night. Since we have seen a bachelorette party or two in our day, we put together some steps that can help plan bachelorette parties in Boston:

Boston bachelorette party

Step 1: Get to know the rest of the group

You are going to be spending a lot of time with this group in the next couple months, might as well get to know everyone. There may be some people in the group that don’t know everyone as well as you, here’s your chance to get them involved. There are so many restaurants and brunch spots around Boston that would be perfect for a meet and greet soiree.

Step 2: Gather input from the group

Your bestie hand picked this group because you all know her the best. This is a huge advantage when planning her night out in Boston. Ask everyone if they would share a story about the BEST time they had with your BFF. This can help choose an activity to do during the day. Explore the city of Boston on a tour, at a brewery or just by walking around before you guys get ready to dance the night away.

Step 3: Email chains are your (other) best friend

Make sure you guys are communicating! Start an email chain with everyone who is part of the bachelorette party. This way you can stay on top of what everyone is contributing to the party and also payment. Don’t be shy to stay on top of people who still need to chip in for the party (unless they’ve previously discussed payment arrangements with you).

Step 4: Nothing wrong with a helping hand

Email chains go a long way but you are going to need some additional tools to keep things running smoothly. Luckily there are a bunch out there. Some of the most useful planning tools we have found are Doodle for scheduling, Paperless Post for invitations and of course reaching out to our bachelorette party experts to put all questions at ease.

Step 5: Post day time activity to night time

After checking out what Boston has to offer during the day, it is time to start getting ready to go out. Choose one location that has enough room so everyone can get their nighttime glam on. If your place is large enough for everyone, offer it as a home base. Not all of us have a home the size of a Kardashian, so maybe footing the bill for a hotel room within walking distance to Howl at the Moon would be the best option. Some of the closest hotels would be the Hilton Boston, The Langham, The Intercontinental and most other hotels are a 5-7 minute Uber ride.

Step 6: HOWL!

Now it is time to leave it all out there on the dance floor. You have done an amazing job at planning everything up to this point- let our staff make the rest of your night a breeze.
