Do you have an age restriction for entry?

What is the cover typically?

Friday start at $5, move to $10. Saturday $10 all night.

What time do you usually get busy? Will there be a line?

Thursday at 9pm, no lines. Friday and Saturday around 8-9pm. Yes, sometimes long lines.

What time does the show start?Do I have to be there by the time show starts? Do I have to reserve a table to come to Howl?

Tue – 9pm. Wed – 8pm. Thurs-Sat 6pm. No. No

How soon should I book my table/jump the line package?

ASAP. Tables and JTL’s sell out quickly so as soon as you have the date would be best to ensure your spot.

Can we purchase table/jump the line packages the night of?

We will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee same day reservations. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?

Absolutely.

How many people can fit at a table?

If we won a happy hour, can we reserve a table?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing to Happy Hour winners. Please contact Katie at phillyevents@howlatthemoon.com.

Does everyone have to arrive by 8pm?

No, we require two people per table to be here by 8pm.

Is there a maximum or minimum number of jump the line Packages you have to purchase?

No.

What if we’re running late?

Please just us a call to notify us that you are running late so we can ensure you are still coming and run the line accordingly.

What if I need to cancel my purchase?

Per your contract, we accept cancellations until the Tuesday prior to your reservation date. After that time, if you find you are unable to use your reservation, please notify us to reschedule by emailing phillyevents@howlatthemoon.com.

Where do we park?

You can park in any three garages surrounding Howl at the Moon. There’s Latimer Garage, Spruce Street Garage (located right above Howl), and Academy House Garage where we offer 15% validation.

What if I’m stuck in line after 8pm, will I lose my table?

If you have a table reservation, you need not wait in line.

Are table reservations available Sunday – Thursday?

Unless there is a holiday or special event, tables on Monday-Wednesday are first come first serve.

Do you have a dress code?

No profanity, no sleeveless shirts for men, no gym shorts/pants, no exposed jewelry, no work boots.

Is there gratuity added to table reservations and jump the line packages?

No, it is included in the cost of the package.

We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?

Unfortunately they cannot as they are good for single, general admission and cannot be used as valued money to cover a contract.

Can we pay for a table/jump the line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?

No.

Do you offer military discounts?

Military gets free admission for themselves plus 1.
