These easy to make Jello Shots are the perfect, sparkly, bubbly warm up to saying hello to a brand, new year! Call all of your friends over and treat them to some of these before you all hop into an Uber to get to your NYE extravaganza!

It only takes a few simple ingredients to make about 15 of these delicious, alcoholic treats:
- 10 oz. of champagne or other sparkling beverage + 5 additional oz.
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 envelopes of plain gelatin
- White sparkling sugar
