The Fine Print
Limited general admission tickets may be available at the door. Must be 21 and over with valid ID. Howl loudly and drink responsibly. Strict arrival based on selected time. Full payment is required to book. Prices for tables/rail seats increase after November 1st, 2024.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/changes must be made no later than 5PM on December 13th, 2024. After that, all sales are final.
NYE Table/Seat Purchasers
Each table seats 4 people (can reserve multiple tables for larger parties). The Big Shot/rail seats do not include a table, and you will be seated next to other guests. Tables and chairs are not to be moved. All seating assignments are done on the day of the event based on the date that booking was made. All seating assignments are final.
Your reservation will be held until the time listed on your package. If you have not arrived by that time, your spot will be opened to the general public. If you have a reservation that states your arrival time starts after a certain time, you will not be able to gain entry until that time, even if you are with guests that purchased another package with an earlier start time.
Please call us if you are running late. Phone calls to the establishment handled by anyone other than the manager on duty explaining reasons for being late do not guarantee your reservation will still be held.
