1/2 of a fresh peach, peeled
3 mint leaves
2 tbsp turbinado sugar
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 oz Absolut Vodka

Fill with crushed iced and top with club soda

Bourbon St Blackberry BrutBourbon Street Blackberry Brut

1 1/2 oz. Milagro Silver tequila
2 oz brut champagne
7 large blackberries
1/2 oz agave nectar
1/4 oz lemon juice

Muddle blackberries, agave nectar and lemon juice in a glass. Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Add tequila, shake, and strain into a large rocks glass filled with ice. Top with brut Champagne and garnish with a skewered blackberries.

Honeydew and Pear Sangria

Honeydew Pear Sangria

1 bottle of Riesling (or any other sweet white)
5 oz pear brandy
slices of honeydew melon
slices of pear

Pour Riesling and pear brandy in a pitcher and chill. Add slices of honeydew and pear to glasses and pour Sangria into glasses.

Banana MamaBanana Mama

1 oz banana liqueur
1/2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
3 strawberries

Blend all ingredients with ice and serve





CaipirinhaCaipirinha (kie-purr-REEN-yah)

2 limes, quartered
2 tsp fine sugar
2 oz cachaca
Fill with soda

Place lime wedges and sugar into old fashion glass, muddle, fill glass with ice, fill with soda
