Do you have an age restriction for entry?

Yes, it is 21 and up at all times.

What is the cover typically?

Free Wednesday and Thursday. It goes up to $8 on Friday and Saturday.

What time do you usually get busy? Will there be a line?

Wednesday we usually don’t get busy until 10pm. Thursday we get busy by 7pm during Alive After 5 and 9pm during the off season. Friday we get busy with a little line by 9pm, Saturday we are busy from 8pm on and are typically at capacity by 10pm.

What time does the show start? Do I have to be there by the time show starts? Do I have to reserve a table to come to Howl?

The show starts at 8:30 on Wednesday, 7:00 on Thursday and Saturday, 6:00 on Friday. You do not have to be there the time show starts, admission runs all night. You do not have to reserve a table, however we recommend it on Friday and Saturdays and do not guarantee seating otherwise.

How soon should I book my table/jump the line package?

We recommend 2-3 weeks in advance for tables. You can book a jump the line package until 12pm on Fridays and until 5pm Monday-Thursday. .

Can we purchase table/jump the line packages the night of?

You cannot purchase Saturday tables/jump the line packages the day of, however if we are not sold out of tables or jump the line packages on Friday, you have up to 5pm to reserve a table/package for that day.

There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?

We will do our best, but based off availability we cannot guarantee it.

How many people can fit at a table?

Our tables typically seat 4 guests, however you can go up to 5 guests with a table buy out.

If we won a happy hour, can we reserve a table?

Does everyone have to arrive by 8pm?

We ask for at least half of your party to arrive at the table by 8, the rest no later than 8:30.

Is there a maximum or minimum number of jump the line packages you have to purchase?

Nope, but the more the merrier:)

What if we’re running late?

If you are running late, please call and ask to speak with the Manager. We will offer a grace period of 15 minutes, but no later.

What if I need to cancel my purchase?

You have 48 hours to cancel a table or jump the line package for the weekend.

Where do we park?

We recommend you park at the Epicentre parking garage. They offer access to the garage on Trade St. and 4th St. Epicentre also offers valet parking on College St. in between 4th and Trade.

Do you have a dress code?

We just ask for no cut off sleeves or overly offensive t-shirts. Large bags will be asked to be opened. Epicentre does enforce a dress code on the weekends. Please refer to www.epicentrenc.com for further information.

We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?

They cannot be applied to jump the line packages or table buyouts.

Can we pay for a table/jump the line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?

We accept only cash and credit card for tables and jump the line packages. If you pay with cash we ask you to pay in one lump sum at the cashier stand, and will still require a credit card to reserve the table or package.

Do you offer military discounts?

Guests with valid military ids receive free entry.
