Do you have an age restriction for entry?

Must be 21 or over.

What is the cover typically?

Based on capacity and special events, free on Tuesdays, free on Wednesday (unless we have a convention), Thursday $5-$10 and free with School I.D., Friday and Saturday $10.

What time do you usually get busy? Will there be a line?

Thursdays we usually have a line around 10:30, Fridays we have a line by 10 PM and Saturdays by 9 PM.

What time does the show start? Do I have to be there by the time show starts? Do I have to reserve a table to come to Howl?

Tuesday through Thursday 8:30, Friday 7:30 PM and Saturday 7 PM. It is highly recommended to reserve a table on Friday or Saturday to guarantee a seat. No, you do not have to be here by the time the show starts. For the best experience possible, please contact our Sales and Events Manager who can customize your event to your specifications.

How soon should I book my Table/Jump the Line package?

2-3 weeks in advance, they go fast!

Can we purchase Table/Jump the Line packages the night of?

Unfortunately, no we do not take day-of reservations.

There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?

We can try, but it is not guaranteed. You can request certain tables to try and make this happen.

How many people can fit at a table?

4.

If we won a Happy Hour, can we reserve a table?

Yes, please contact indianapolis@howlatthemoon.com for details.

Does everyone have to arrive by 8 PM?

We request everyone to be here by 9 PM for table buy outs.

Is there a maximum or minimum number of Jump the Line packages you have to purchase?

No.

What if we’re running late?

Please call us here at 317-955-0300 and ask to speak to the manager on duty. We can usually accommodate this issue.

What if I need to cancel my purchase?

Please do so by the Tuesday before your reservation.

Where do we park?

There are multiple parking garages and lots close by that are very affordable

What if I’m stuck in line after 8 PM, will I lose my table?

No, your table is your guarantee to enter the club, please go to the front of the line and tell the door host your name and that you have a reservation.

Are table reservations available Sunday – Thursday?

Yes, please contact indianapolis@howlatthemoon.com for details.

Do you have a dress code?

No ripped off sleeves, no offensive shirts.

Is there gratuity added to table reservations and Jump the Line packages?

No, please make sure to take care of your service staff.

We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?

No, they can only be redeemed at the door for free admission.

Can we pay for a Table/Jump the Line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?

Yes, you can pay cash at the door, but a credit card number must be given to secure the table. Please contact indianapolis@howlatthemoon.com for details.

Do you offer military discounts?

We proudly offer free admission to active Military Personnel, Police and Fire with valid ID, however we do not offer any discounts on packages.
