What Do I Need?
-Pilates or Yoga Mat
-Bottle of water
-Comfortable clothes you can move freely in
-A light-hearted mindset. Don’t be afraid to laugh or take yourself too seriously
This is an ALL_LEVELS yoga class. This could be your very first time on the mat or your 100th.
